Customer Care Management Business Growth Marketing
Hannah Brookes obtained her degree in Film Studies & Video and Photography. Following this she spent four years managing cinemas around the country training management on customer service. After this she managed The National Space Centre and it's Space Crew to deliver an out-of-this-World day out. After this she managed the King Richard III Visitor Centre to tell the unbelievable story of the car park King. Following this she moved into sport and ran national swimming competitions for Swim England. Shortly after she helped to open and run Leicester's premium bouldering centre - Social Climbing which won awards for customer service and became the No1 thing to do on TripAdvisor! Since then she has worked for the University of Leicester to streamline their Sport and Active Life offering, acting as a Commercial Consultant and is a Director for an arts based VR company....for now.
